The Role

As an Outbound Sales Associate you will work as part of a dynamic team to promote products and services with a view to win sales!  Working on behalf of a top international telecoms brand you will provide an excellent customer experience by identifying new sales opportunities using your active listening skills in order to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calling existing customers to establishing additional service and product requirements to meet their requirements
  • Selling products by actively listening to customers and identifying their needs
  • Organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Focusing sales efforts by ensuring you are continually updated on new and existing products
  • Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating issues & offering solutions
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Ongoing contributions to team efforts to accomplish results

Key Criteria

  • 6 months + customer service skills with an outbound telephone-based role
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities & overcoming objections
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Identifying customer needs by actively listening and engage customers in products and services suitable to their requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance
  • Demonstrate positive and professional attitude
