The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with a leading communications brand, TalkTalk!

As an Inbound Customer Service Associate you will be a brand ambassador for TalkTalk, where you will provide an excellent customer experience using your customer service skills!

You will listen, advising, problem solve and showing empathy, whilst identifying areas where you can retain customers by promoting products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Listening to customers queries and identifying any areas for additional services.
  • Addressing customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved effectively and within timelines.
  • Logging call information after each encounter with a new customer
  • Ensuring customers always receive an excellent service and leave the call satisfied with our service.

Key Requirements

  • 6 months + customer service skills with an inbound telephone-based role
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
  • Excellent listening skills, showing empathy and patience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
  • Identifying customer needs by actively listening and engage customers in products and services that would be more suitable to their requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance.
