The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Associate in partnership with TalkTalk, you will work as part of a dynamic team to provide an excellent customer experience! You will take calls from customers with a view to identify and resolve their enquiries whilst actively listening to their needs using multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Listening to customers queries and resolving quickly
  • Addressing any customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved effectively and within timelines
  • Logging call information after each encounter with a new customer
  • Ensuring customers always receive an excellent service and leave the call satisfied with our service

Key Requirements

  • 6 months + inbound customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience
  • Excellent listening skills, showing empathy and patience
  • Identifying customer needs by actively listening
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance
  • Demonstrate positive and professional attitude
