HR Director

Catie’s expertise is built on a career spanning more than 20 years in the Contact Centre Industry. At LBM she was the Senior HR Business Partner for the UK and led multiple sites across the country. She later headed up the EMEA HR team for Stream / Convergys, ensuring adherence to Legislation, Culture, Diversity, Employee Engagement and Performance Management. During this time Catie was also integral to the transformation teams following two successful acquisitions.

A commercially astute HR Director, Catie’s expertise is in devising aligned People Strategies, leading large-scale workforce transitions, rapid recruitment, maintaining retention and engagement through change management, and coaching leaders to achieve objectives and improve performance.

Catie joined Intelling Group in 2015 and since then has transformed the HR function and culture. Her focus is on ensuring Intelling achieves the highest standards in recruitment, governance, HR process.
