The Role

We are looking for Customer Service Associates to start work immediately so apply today!

Within the role you will be using your Customer Service skills to support the general public with their queries in a calm, empathetic and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making well-being calls to the general public
  • Calling customers for feedback on service quality
  • Listening effectively to customers, showing empathy and understanding
  • Resolve customer query within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently
  • Record customer details accurately
  • Provide a high-quality professional service
  • Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times
  • Work to KPI’s set by Team Leader

Key Criteria

  • You must have your own Windows based PC or laptop and home high-speed broadband. You must have a quiet workspace where you can carry out this role i.e. a home office
  • You must undergo DBS background check
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to show understanding and empathy
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience
  • Ideally you will have previous experience of using phone & technology systems within a call centre
