What does your day-to-day role involve now?
Managing a O2 Pre Pay Service & Sales Inbound team and Video sales for O2 Sales Inbound.
How did your expectations of a contact centre differ to your reality when you first joined?
I joined Intelling with no plans on pursuing a career, I was looking for a temporary job until I find the field I want to progress in.
When I first started everyone was lovely, I made friendships for life and Intelling supported me, gave me all the skills and confidence which has got me to where I am today.
How did you move up from Sales Associate to Team Leader?
Hard work and dedication.
I supported others in the team to achieve target and then moved onto delivering O2 training sessions for new starters. I was given an outbound team to manager and progressed into management from there.
Who has been there to guide you through your career?
Where do I even start, I have learnt something from My teams, Managers, the client services team especially Min Bonugli over the last year, and the HR team.
My current manager Aoife O’Reilly has taught me a lot about the operational world over the last year which will help in the future.
What are you most proud of achieving since being with Intelling?
Transitioning from a sales agent into management. Seeing all my hard work through the pandemic pay off and supporting my teams to achieve the best.
