The Role

We are looking for Customer Service Associates to join us where you will use your excellent Customer Service skills to support the general public with their queries in a calm, empathetic and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls form the general public to assist with their queries
  • Listening effectively to customers, showing empathy and understanding
  • Resolve customer query within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently
  • Record customer details accurately
  • Provide a high-quality professional service
  • Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times
  • Work to KPI’s set by team manager

Key Criteria

  • You must have your own Windows based PC or laptop and home high-speed broadband. You must have a quiet workspace where you can carry out this role i.e. a home office
  • Demonstrate good technology skills and understanding – this is a work from home position and therefore you must be confident in following direction for system set up and troubleshooting
  • You must undergo DBS background check
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate resilience, understanding and empathy as well active listening and patience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ideally you will have previous experience of using phone & technology systems within a call centre
