The Role

We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Executive working in partnership with our award-winning Client, Vodafone UK!

Working as a Business Development Executive on behalf of Vodafone UK you will be part of a successful team supporting the strategies to develop and implement increased business to the Vodafone sales channels.

Through B2B lead generation activities you will develop a close relationship with your Clients and sales team to grow pipelines and deliver acquisition targets. You will identify new and manage existing lead gen partners in the market to support of stakeholders in the company gain insight into lead generation performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of operational plan to build, execute, measure, and optimise lead gen activities that deliver qualified leads to our sales teams and drive revenue
  • Design and drive strategy to optimise conversion rates
  • Work directly with Sales teams on coordinated marketing and sales activities to ensure teams work together to target best-fit accounts and turn them into customers
  • Develop deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles across segments, and how our products and services serve these profiles
  • Own deliverables across the entire lead funnel, track and optimise performance at each stage of the funnel, and create a predictable and healthy demand engine
  • Identify where and when pipeline opportunities need attention and address them

Key Requirements

  • You will have at least 2 years experience within a similar role, with hands-on experience in managing an automated lead generation process using Salesforce.
  • You will have a Customer focused mindset and desire to drive excellence across prospect journey. Driving authentic conversations and timely interactions that move prospective Clients through funnel
  • You will have a data driven and result oriented hands-on approach
  • You will be a collaborator with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
