Values & Vision

“Having left school at 16 i was fortunate to join the British Gas apprenticeship scheme where i learnt about business whilst receiving a further education. Since British Gas i’ve had the privilege to work for a number of great businesses with great leaders. When i created Intelling i wanted people to have the same opportunity and experience that i was fortunate to gain, that’s why we have invested heavily in our apprenticeship programme, education opportunities for all and bespoke training programmes to help people reach their potential. At Intelling culture and values are incredibly important as we fundamentally believe if this is right, everything works”

Phil Morgan, Chief Executive Officer

As a consequence, Intelling has a settled and well trained team of staff
